Every year, almost 100 people learn how to bake sourdough bread during my courses at our local libraries.
These courses fill up within a day or two, and afterwards I often get asked when the next ones take place. I have been planning to build an online course since I started SourdoughGuide in 2023, but there never seems to be enough time.
As an Interim measure, I have recorded one of the sessions, roughly edited the footage, and am offering it here for free.
When the full course is ready, I will delete this page.
