Upcoming In-Person & Online Sourdough Baking Workshops, Classes, and Community Gatherings

I started SourdoughGuide as a passion project combining my joy of baking with my passion for teaching.
While I am always working on online courses, I also enjoy connecting with bakers in real time.

DEMYSTIFYING SOURDOUGH
From Starter to Finish
This presentation will explain all about the process of baking sourdough bread, including the
science, tools, starter, and baking process. All registered participants will receive a small jar
with a live starter culture.
My courses aim to reduce the intimidation often associated with sourdough baking and empower participants to bake healthier bread at home. Each two-hour presentation is designed to provide ample time for questions, ensuring that everyone feels confident and supported throughout the learning process. At the end of the session, every registered participant will have the opportunity to take home a Kelowna Sourdough starter, allowing them to continue their baking journey with a personal touch.

Testimonials
Hello! I was at the sourdough workshop you did at the library last Saturday and just took my first loaf out of the oven! Thank you so much for taking the time to do that, I was way too nervous to touch sourdough and your workshop really really helped simplify everything!
Your presentations are incredible – a combination of knowledge, humour, with clear communication, great graphics & resources.
