In support of the Okanagan fruit growers, let’s bake together virtually! I will send you all the details and reminders via email once you sign up. You will be able to see the recording on YouTube briefly, but after September 16th, the recording will only be available to subscribers.

Equipment / Ingredients

Kitchen scale
Large mixing bowl
Collander (Banneton)
2 Kitchen towels
Dutch oven or roaster that can go into the oven at 450 Degrees)

Water (not chlorinated)
500 grams unbleached wheat flour
Okanagan Apples
Salt
