Kitchen scale
Large mixing bowl
Collander (Banneton)
2 Kitchen towels
Dutch oven or roaster that can go into the oven at 450 Degrees)
Water (not chlorinated)
500 grams unbleached wheat flour
Okanagan Apples
Salt
